This piece was done when I was on my holidays, when I came back to my country and maybe, that was what made me do this drawing. For unknown reasons or maybe known, in Portugal there's allways fires going arround and we have to ask for help to other country. Some part of this picture is based on this subject, the fire that kill the trees. Before You go futher down, I ask you to not take this as a joke. Thanks.

Now, you're asking how this piece relates to the fires. That's simple.

First at the top right corner you can see a cigarret don't you? As everyone knows, that is one of the dangerous of putting out cigars in florest (those god damm hippies!). The other thing is the paper. As you know paper is made out of wood. So it startes to burn.

Second, You may be questioning "what about the eye?". Well that's is mostly like to represent fear. The fear inside of trees awaiting to be insinerated (or something like that).

Third, there's ink coming out of the bottle at the bottom left. You could consider this as the crying, I think. But for me, this representes a point of view as an artist so I chose ink for that purpose.

Well I hope you all like image and its contents.
Thank you all.

I don't understand nothing about draws or artists who use the pencil as instrument of art, but I have a certain about you draw - it makes sense in my head and I like it. I just like it.

    congrats,

Lol, já me deixei-me levar-me com as minhas palavras.
Obrigado pelo o comment by the way ;)

I'm really surprised you only have two comments (with mine) on this lovely drawing - I particularly like the fractured, disjointed composition

It's like freeze frames of a short film overlaid onto each other as scratches.

Lovely texture and a powerful emotional drive.
